Grocery Products

All Grocery products (including food, snacks, beverage, seasoning) allow exchange and return if products are defective, damaged, expired, or have quality issues.

You may request to exchange or return the product within 7 days after delivery. Asia Food Market processes your request within 1-3 business days. 

Due to the pandemic, we only accept return and exchange requests for unopened products based on personal reasons, including:

1. Purchased the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.
2. No longer need it
3. Personal preference
4. Better price elsewhere

Other Products

Other products (including beauty, kitchenware, and cleaning supplier) allow exchange and return if the products are defective, damaged, or have quality issues.

You may request to exchange or return the product within 30 days after delivery. Asia Food Market processes your request within 1-3 business days.

Who Pays for Shipping

We cover the shipping if you are returning the product for the following reasons:

1. The product is defective or has quality issues
2. Product is expired upon delivery
3. Product is damaged during shipping

You are responsible for the shipping if you are returning the product for personal reasons, including:

1. Purchased the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.
2. No longer need it
3. Personal preference
4. Better price elsewhere
